As makers of ingredients for well-known and trusted products, Baker & Co. recognised an opportunity in shifting the conversation with their clients from what they could supply to what they could create. Requiring an organisational and offering shift, changing the culture from process oriented to purpose oriented in becoming a specialist over a commodity.
Through research, we helped Baker & Co to validate the opportunity, develop the strategy to innovate and engage internally and externally. Resulting in an extensive rebrand and design of a new identity focused on inspiring greatness and ingredient wizardry.
We devised a disruptive branding system that brought together usually unrelated imagery to visually explain the story and built on authentic online experience that like Baker & Co. allows to you feel apart of creating and discovering the magic of what is Baker & Co.
